How to report
Email sumikoswrestlingcorner@yahoo.com with the subject line “Content complaint” and include:
- your name and a reachable email;
- the page URL or video title;
- why you are reporting it (illegal content, missing consent, you are a person depicted, other);
- any documents that support the claim.

If you are a person depicted
You may ask us to remove that content. We will check that written consent was obtained. If consent cannot be established, or if you show that the consent is void under applicable law, we will remove the content immediately.

Review and resolution
We review and resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receiving the information needed to investigate.

- Illegal-content and missing-consent reports: the file is removed as soon as the claim is substantiated. These are treated as immediate-priority and still closed out within the 5-business-day window.
- All other content complaints: reviewed and resolved within 5 business days.

We will email you when the review is finished and tell you whether the content was removed or left up, and why.

Appeals
If you are a person depicted and we disagree that your consent is void under applicable law, that disagreement will be resolved by a neutral body, at the merchant’s expense.

“Neutral body” means an independent arbitrator or similar independent reviewer that is not us and is not you. Either side may propose a recognized arbitration provider (for example the American Arbitration Association) or another mutually acceptable independent reviewer. We pay the neutral body’s fees. This appeal path is in addition to any rights you have under law.

What we do not host
We do not allow user-generated uploads. We do not offer live video streaming on this Site. We do not permit content involving anyone under 18, real non-consensual crimes, incest, bestiality, human trafficking, or sex trafficking.

ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND NON-SOLICITATION POLICY

Purpose
This policy is how we protect this website and its users from human trafficking and sex trafficking. We will not use, and will not allow anyone else to use, this Site to promote, recruit for, arrange, or facilitate trafficking or the commercial sexual exploitation of any person.

What this Site is
This Site sells original digital adult entertainment that we produce (videos, photos, and custom digital videos) and related bookings with adult performers who work with us. It is not a classifieds board, escort directory, or marketplace for third parties to sell people or sexual services.

Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site, checkout, email, custom-order forms, or any related channel to:
- recruit, advertise, transport, harbor, or obtain a person for labor or commercial sex through force, fraud, coercion, or any other trafficking offense;
- offer or solicit sex trafficking or the sexual exploitation of a minor;
- request content or a booking involving anyone under 18;
- use the Site as a front to arrange real-world commercial sex with a third party we do not know and have not verified.

We refuse those requests, cancel related orders, and keep records of the refusal.

How we protect the Site and users
- 18+ only. Visitors confirm they are adults before entering. We do not sell to minors.
- All performers are 18 or older at the time of production. Government photo ID is collected and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records are kept by the Custodian of Records named on our 2257 page.
- Guest performers sign written consent covering depiction, sale, public distribution on this Site, and customer download where downloads are offered.
- We review content before it is published. Visitors cannot upload or livestream to the Site.
- Custom scripts are reviewed before we shoot. We reject anything that involves a minor, real non-consent, trafficking, or other illegal conduct.
- We do not allow the Site to be used for non-solicitation violations: no “send a girl,” no third-party escort ads, no recruiting.

Reporting
To report suspected trafficking or exploitation tied to this Site, email sumikoswrestlingcorner@yahoo.com with the subject “Trafficking report.” Include the URL or title and why you are reporting it.

If we become aware of child sexual abuse material or a credible trafficking crime, we remove the material, preserve records as required, and report to the appropriate authority (including NCMEC’s CyberTipline where child sexual exploitation is involved, and law enforcement where required).

Complaints about published content are also handled under our Content Complaint Policy and are reviewed and resolved within 5 business days.

Organizations
Participation in an anti-trafficking organization is encouraged. It is not required for this policy to be in force. We will add any membership here if we join one.
