These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://www.sumikowrestles.com/ and any related pages, checkout, or digital downloads (the “Site”). By entering the Site or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.

1. Adult-only site
The Site contains adult sexual and fetish content. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to enter or buy. By entering you represent that you are an adult and that it is legal for you to view adult content where you are.

2. What we sell
We sell original digital adult entertainment we produce: mixed-wrestling and fetish videos, photos, and custom digital videos. We do not operate a public upload platform. Visitors cannot upload or livestream content to the Site.

3. Accounts and purchases
You agree to provide accurate checkout information. Prices are shown at checkout and charged when you place the order. Digital files are delivered electronically after payment is processed.

4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Site if you are under 18;
- share, resell, or publicly re-upload purchased files except as we expressly allow;
- attempt to access other customers’ accounts or our admin systems;
- use the Site to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, child sexual exploitation, or real-world physical abuse;
- post or request content that is illegal or that falls under the prohibited-content list in section 5.

We may refuse service, cancel an order, or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms or the law are being violated.

5. Content standards and prohibited content
All persons depicted in content we publish are adults 18 or older. We review content before it is published. We do not market content, titles, or search terms in a way intended to suggest child sexual exploitation or real non-consensual crimes.

The Site prohibits illegal and inappropriate content, including (but not limited to):
- Underage content
- Non-consensual activities
- Incest
- Bestiality
- Sexual violence
- Content involving intoxication

These prohibitions apply to real-world illegal conduct and to any request that we produce or host that conduct. Fetish, mixed-wrestling, and adult role-play scenes on this Site are performed by consenting adults 18 or older. They are not recordings of real crimes, real underage persons, real bestiality, real incest, or real non-consensual activity.

We do not accept custom requests for any item on the prohibited list. We rewrite or refuse scripts that would violate this section.

6. Guest performers
When another adult appears on camera, we obtain government photo identification and written consent covering depiction, sale and public distribution on this Site, and download by customers where downloads are offered. Records are retained.

7. Complaints and takedown
If you believe content on the Site is illegal, was published without required consent, or otherwise violates card-network or legal rules, use the Content Complaint page or email sumikoswrestlingcorner@yahoo.com. We review and resolve complaints within 5 business days. Illegal content, and content for which required consent cannot be shown, is removed immediately. A person depicted in content may request removal through the same process. Appeals are described in the Content Complaint policy.

8. Intellectual property
Site design, text, and the videos/photos we sell are owned by us or used with permission. Purchase gives you a personal license to view/download the file for private use. It does not transfer copyright.

9. Disclaimers
The Site and files are provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

10. Privacy

11. Refunds and billing
Refund and billing rules are in the Refunds & Billing Policy. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can fix billing errors directly.

12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
